A photograph, is a reflection of truth. It reflects a truth that occurred within the dimension of time; a trace of genuine memory that, unlike painting, is not a re-creation of the mind. Painting is a product of imagination; photography emerges from what is. A photograph may appear still; yet the viewer’s mind sets it in motion, infuses it with texture, with scent and atmosphere and transforms it into a sensation that cannot be grasped through the physical senses, but is reanimated within the psyche and ultimately, deeply felt. In this exhibition, time does not remain linear. Past and present, image and imagination, time and place, they all converge and intertwine. These images are not mere records of a moment; they are reflections shaped by minds that behold them, reinterpret them, and carry them forward. This exhibition is a home for memories that do not remain still. They move, they shift, they transform, and with every gaze, they give rise to a new narrative; a story not only of the past, but of what the mind now chooses to tell.
